Momordica charantia Extract (bitter melon) used for diabetes

Momordica charantia (bitter melon) is used for various stomach and intestinal disorders including gastrointestinal (GI) upset, ulcers, colitis, constipation, and intestinal worms. It is also used for diabetes, kidney stones, fever, a skin condition called psoriasis, liver disease and as supportive treatment for people with HIV/AIDS.

Momordica contains these following compounds:
Momordicin: 
Prevents the loss of appetite.

Charantin:
Reduces sugar in blood, increases insulin sensitivity. Insulin is a hormone secreted by pancreas when the blood sugar is too high and makes the sugar absorb into other parts of the body instead of the blood.

AMPK: controls the blood sugar level.

Recommended Dosage:
2 capsule, 3 times daily, before meal.

Momordica charantia extract 184 mg, equivalent to 2.16 mg of Momordica charantia.
